Born and raised in Ajax, Ontario, Jeff embarked on his legal journey by earning his Law degree from the University of Buckingham, England.

Jeff's career in criminal law began with noteworthy roles as a Provincial and Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Kawartha Lakes and the Ministry of the Attorney General. Collaborating with esteemed senior lawyers further enriched his legal acumen before he returned to his family law firm.

With a decade of experience safeguarding our community against criminal allegations, Jeff has become a respected criminal defense lawyer. He has honed his reputation by attentively listening to his clients' concerns, providing trustworthy legal advice, and consistently achieving the results they need.

Jeff is a Licensed Lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario, a Notary Public, and an active member of esteemed legal associations, including the Durham Region Law Association and the Criminal Lawyers Association. Additionally, he serves as a Panel Member of Legal Aid Ontario, demonstrating his commitment to accessible legal representation for all.

Chelsea was born and raised, in Oshawa, Ontario. 

Chelsea was educated in Criminal Justice at Nipissing University and thereafter received a Paralegal Diploma from Durham College. 

Chelsea is a strong advocate who will stop at nothing to find justice for those she represents. Her experience as a defence paralegal and prosecutor gives her a distinct advantage when helping clients in Durham Region.

Chelsea also shares her time volunteering as a youth leader for a local girls club.  Chelsea has also volunteered her time advocating for mental health organizations and our local soccer club.

Her passion for justice, equality and professionalism are respectfully remarked upon by her clients and colleagues alike. 

Chelsea is a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and a Notary Public.

Jordan was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec.

Jordan was educated in Criminology at Toronto Metropolitan University and thereafter received a Graduate Paralegal Diploma from Durham College.

With an upbringing in Quebec and a background in teaching French to elementary students, Jordan’s bilingual fluency helps him serve a wider community in the Durham Region.

Jordan’s passion for educating youth in the community has helped him develop a variety of communication skills that give him a unique perspective in effectively interacting with our clients facing Youth Criminal Justice charges.

Jordan’s is passionate about helping our clients grow. His collaborative approach to justice is seen in his communication with our clients, their families and legal professionals in our justice system. 

His experience in Criminology provides him with the insight to successfully strategize the best defence for our clients. 

Jordan is a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario.
